Gesso Art is on Fort Road, facing the harbour, in a warehouse that stored seed for the Kent farms for ninety years. Entry is free and there is no need to book.

N° 02 — Getting here
Train, car or on foot
By train
Southeastern high-speed trains reach Margate from London St Pancras in about ninety minutes. Walk along the seafront from the station; it takes twelve minutes.
By car
The Mariner’s car park on Fort Road is two minutes away and costs £2 an hour. There are two blue-badge bays outside the gallery.
By bus
The Loop stops at the Old Town, a three-minute walk. Bikes can be locked to the rails by the front door.
N° 03 — Access
Everyone is welcome
Both galleries, the shop and the toilets are on the ground floor, with level access from the street.
Folding stools are by the door; take one round with you.
Tuesday mornings until 12 are kept quiet, with lower lighting in the Project Space.
Assistance dogs are always welcome. Other dogs are welcome in the courtyard.
Large-print room guides are at the front desk, and every text is on this website.

No. Just turn up. Talks and workshops have limited places and are booked through the events pages.
Yes, for your own use, without flash. Some exhibitions ask you not to; there will be a sign.
Not in the gallery, but the Old Town is two minutes away and full of good places.
